Ok So I know how to add model number for item but when You creating attributes How do I add model number so it will show up on invoice or packing slip.?

That cannot be done with Zen Cart attributes - although we are producing a commercial module to do just that - but it is actually a rather complex project.

What you can do for free - is simply to put a text model string in the Option Value - i.e. model-123456-Red, model-234567-Black
